Drug Discovery Roadshow

The format will be presentations in the morning followed by the opportunity to talk to representatives from the major funders and experts in drug development and commercialisation.
The aims of the roadshow are to:
- Support you to refine your research idea into a tangible drug discovery project in your disease area of interest
- Provide access to experienced drug discovery scientists to discuss your projects of interest
- Offer insight from big pharma on what ‘validation’ means
- Give you opportunity to talk to some of the major funders of translational and applied biomedical research in the UK
The roadshow is a collaboration between Charles River Laboratories, the Milner Therapeutics Institute, the Office of Translational Research and the Bioscience Impact Team.
