This free half day workshop is for any University staff who are currently undertaking consultancy work, or who are thinking of working as a consultant in the near future.
The workshop tackles how to effectively manage consultancy projects, sharing expertise on best practice, tips on making life easier and trouble-shooting for some of the key issues faced by consultants.
