Cambridge Immunology Network
My research project is focused on understanding the changes in gene expression through alternative splicing and polyadenylation in B cells in response to positive selection signals in the germinal center (GC). I aim to help uncover molecular mechanisms of B-cell lymphoma and rheumatoid arthritis by using next-generation sequencing technologies (e.g. Oxford Nanopore sequencing) and molecular biology approaches.
