Call for abstracts
The abstract for oral presentation should easily fit onto a single A4 page with the name of the presenting author. If all abstracts could be emailed to Sophie Palmer hodmed@medschl.cam.ac.uk by 30th September 2016.
Call for posters
All abstracts that are submitted for the main programme, but not chosen will be automatically accepted as posters. In addition, we welcome additional poster submissions. As in previous years, there will be a poster presentation prize for both graduate students and postdoctoral scientists. Please email Sophie Palmer hodmed@medschl.cam.ac.uk with the full title and authorship of those posters, plus indicate which category the presenter fits into, by 31st October 2016.
Attendance
Please email Sophie Palmer hodmed@medschl.cam.ac.uk with your attendance and include if you wish to travel by coach – this will leave outside the front of the Medical School at 08:15am and depart Hinxton at 18:00.
