The Cambridge Immunology Network (CIN) (www.immunology.cam.ac.uk) is a virtual focus for scientific researchers working under the immunology theme in and around Cambridge. It brings together individuals and groups whose work ranges from basic discovery research to clinical trials. It is associated with the Immunity & Inflammation and Infection Themes of the NIHR Cambridge Biomedical Research Centre, which has been awarded Centre of Excellence status by the Federation of Clinical Immunology Societies (FOCIS).

The CIN wishes to appoint a full-time Coordinator to drive the strategic development of the network, promoting its activities across the University, UK and beyond to attract new research opportunities, encourage collaboration and promote investment in our world-class researchers and facilities. The Coordinator will be responsible for delivering the CIN's programmes of seminars, the annual Cambridge Immunology Forum, engaging student and postdoctoral involvement in the Network as well as reporting for the Immunity and Inflammation theme by liaising with NIHR funded clinicians.

The successful candidate will have a scientific/research background, demonstrable IT, communication and organisational/project management skills with energy, vision and commitment to drive research excellence in the field of immunology.
