Cambridge Immunology Network
I’m a PhD student interested in leveraging genetics to understand the mechanisms by which CD4+ T-cells contribute to complex immune diseases. I mainly implement single-cell CRISPR screens and high-throughput imaging techniques in primary cells and develop computational models to analyse the consequence of perturbing genes in the context of T-cell activation.
