Inflammatory bowel disease (IDB) is a characterised by chronic inflammation of the gut, caused by an aberrant immune response to the environment that is exposed within the gut. Driven partly by genetics, I investigate on single nucleotide polymorphism affect the function of immune cells, and in turn contribute to the pathology of IBD
