Cambridge Immunology Network
My work describes the identification and characterisation of OLT2, a novel immunoreceptor encoded within the Leukocyte Receptor Complex. My research explores genetic, phylogenetic and functional aspects of OLT2 biology with a particular emphasis on its characterisation in the context of Salmonella typhimurium infection and provides evidence for OLT2 immunoregulatory function.
