Cambridge Immunology Network
My PhD research seeks to further understanding of the regulation of the TLR4 signalling pathway in innate immunity. I use single molecule imaging to study the stoichiometry and kinetics of Mal activation in mouse macrophages. I also look at the mechanisms of BCAP negative regulation of TLR4 inflammation.
