Cambridge Immunology Network
Investigating the impact of hypoxia on cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) function, including T cell receptor signalling pathways and regulation of effector cytokine production. Interested in the potential of modulating perturbed cell mechanisms to restore CTL function in hypoxic environments e.g. the tumour microenvironment.
