Research

I am interested in the maintenance of B cell immune tolerance and mechanisms leading to its breakdown. My current research focuses on identification of tissue-resident B cells across multiple non-lymphoid organs in both mouse and human and examination of their role in shaping local organ immunity. Therapeutic modulation of tissue-resident B cells may have important clinical implications in conditions such as transplant rejection, autoimmunity and cancer.
